At the Birthday Projects Birthday Club, we are always accepting requests from people to do new birthday projects.
We are currently accepting project requests up through July 2012. This part of the site (news, newsletter) will close after February 20, 2011 and both TSFC and the Birthday Club will be on a brand new wiki.
If you are interested in starting your own birthday project, follow these steps.
Please sign up at least one month before your proposed deadline (default is 8 days before the person's actual birthday) to ensure we will have a form for your project to collect submissions.

1. Find someone whose project you would like to organize. IMPORTANT: Click here to make sure someone else hasn't already signed up for your person (if someone has, then we will not promote your project, nor will we make a form for you). Click here if you don't know who you want to to a project for, but are looking for ideas. Also, make sure there is a working fan mail address for that person so you can send him/her the project.
2. Decide what kind of birthday project you would like to do. You can choose to do a card, a book, or a webpage.
3. How are you going to tell the person about their project?
   *If you are doing a card or a book, you will need to make the project yourself and mail it out 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
   *If you are doing a webpage, you will need to send out a letter telling your person the link to their birthday page.
4. If you are doing a webpage, you will need a host for the page you are going to make. You can either host it on your own site (if you have one), or you can make a freewebs account for free.
5. When would you like to have all submissions in by? If you don't respond, the default is 8 days before the person's birthday: one day to account for time zone differences, plus a week to get the project ready.
6. Fill out the form below to submit your request.
7. NEW FOR 2012: Under "Anything else we should know?" please include a link to the banner image you wish to use at the top of the page for your birthday project. We will no longer be making birthday images for you.
